Samsung’s new Galaxy S III smartphone has cropped up a number of times in the past month, but a new leak today has revealed what the device will look like when it is finally unveiled on May 3 at London’s Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre
In previous leaks — including this video out of Vietnam — the Galaxy S III has been shown with dummy casing, with the company trying to obscure the design of its new smartphone (similar to Apple with its iPhone prototypes) before launch.
However, a new image shared with PhoneArena shows off what could be be the final design of the ‘Next Galaxy’ device, drawing parallels with existing Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus smartphone:
Whether this is the final design is not yet known, but the smartphone pictured in the photo bears an uncanny resemblance to a diagram of the device displayed in a leaked manual for Samsung’s GT-I9300 smartphone , which is tipped to become the Galaxy S III.
The very same diagrams were turned into renders and shared with SamMobile :
It’s entirely possible that this is the next stage of Galaxy S III renders and speculation, but it’s certainly appears to be a new Samsung device that could launch in the coming weeks.
We will be at the Galaxy S III launch event on May 3 and will bring you the latest as it happens.
